PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

One-off training rarely achieves the results that managers and sales people need. Rather than being an isolated event, Ignite & Accelerate will amplify your team’s results through multiple training engagements over a nine-week period. The programme is structured around an initial two-day workshop (Ignite), which is followed by a series of half-day masterclasses (Accelerate), delivered two weeks apart.

Ignite: Core Sales Training Workshop       2nd & 3rd October                             Ignite is a foundational workshop for new and experienced sales professionals alike. The workshop focuses on The Mark Windust Method, a simple, flexible and effective approach to selling that combines the latest sales insights with proven techniques and my own special sauce.

Accelerate: Sales Masterclass Series    Accelerate is a series of half day masterclasses that focus on elevating the skillset and mindset of your people and developing their strategies for attracting, converting, retaining and growing target customers. Here’s an overview of the four half day Masterclasses: Evolve, Attract, Grow and Execute.

  • Evolve: Sales Psychology Masterclass       9am - 12:30am, 16th October                             
    In sales, confidence is everything. In this masterclass your team will learn how to master their mindset, overcome personal roadblocks and tap into their potential.

  • Attract: Business Development Masterclass     9am - 12:30pm, 30th October                             
    Attracting new clients is the most challenging and valuable skill a sales person can develop. This workshop focuses on developing your teams’ business development strategy as well as their skills for creating and converting sales opportunities.

  • Grow: Account Management Masterclass       9am - 12:30pm, 13th November                             
    In this masterclass your team will learn how to build “deep and wide” client relationships and develop their strategy for retaining and growing your key clients.

  • Execute: Sales Productivity Masterclass     9am - 12:30am, 27th November                          
    The best sales professionals are highly productive. In this final masterclass of the series we look into the seven habits of mega productive sales people and share practical strategies for making the most out of each sales day.
